The first collaboration between the popular gofuru "Ueno Fugetsudo" and the famous Anpan "Ginza Kimuraya Sohonten". "Anpan Petit Gofuru" is on sale from February 19th.

The package has a retro atmosphere that seems to be a collaboration between long-established stores. It is organized in chic shades based on brown. Delicate florets are designed on the box.


A cream inspired by Kimuraya's representative product, "Sakura Anpan," is sandwiched between round wafers baked using the traditional "sami-yaki" technique of Fugetsudo. "Anko powder", sake lees, and salted cherry powder are used for the cream. The scent of the moment you open the bag is exactly Sakura Anpan!


Start with a light texture that is typical of Gofuru. While spreading the aroma of wheat, we will touch the cream with a baton. It has a smooth and elegant mouthfeel, and is more like a "koshi-gyu" than a cream.


Sakura with a fluffy scent after the rich flavor of bean paste. The faint saltiness brings out the sweetness exquisitely. Nostalgic and new taste that makes full use of the individuality of both historic gofuru and anpan. I was surprised that the degree of perfection was so high.
