Gaufreche is "a fresh gaufre to be enjoyed right here, right now. The dough is individually placed in a copper cauldron and cooked from six sides, browning the dough to a golden brown. The price is 300 yen (tax included).The sponge cake is characterized by its fluffy texture, aroma, and light, not-too-sweet aftertaste. Toppings available include "whipped butter," "whipped cream," "red bean paste," "honey," and "caramelized. Customize it to your liking and enjoy. Toppings are available for an additional charge of 50 to 80 yen each.
The restaurant has eat-in seating (approximately 20 seats). Please try our freshly made sweets with coffee.
