Chocolate Baumkuchen "De la Chocolat Ginza" is on sale from January 13th at each Nenrin family store. The price is 1,512 yen (tax included).

A Valentine's Day limited edition product made with the aim of "filling the joy of chocolate." It is a dish unique to the Nenrin family who continues to study the deep taste and texture of Baumkuchen.

The body is a limited edition "Mount Balm Brownie" that the Nenrin family bake only every winter. It is said that the taste is brought out by kneading cacao into the dough and slowly baking it for almost twice as long as usual. When sliced, you can enjoy the "dense chocolate brown layer" with your eyes.
