Chocolate Baumkuchen "De la Chocolat Ginza" is on sale from January 13th at each Nenrin family store. The price is 1,512 yen (tax included).

A Valentine's Day limited edition product made with the aim of "filling the joy of chocolate." It is a dish unique to the Nenrin family who continues to study the deep taste and texture of Baumkuchen.

The body is a limited edition "Mount Balm Brownie" that the Nenrin family bake only every winter. It is said that the taste is brought out by kneading cacao into the dough and slowly baking it for almost twice as long as usual. When sliced, you can enjoy the "dense chocolate brown layer" with your eyes.


The top is Gianduja chocolate, which is kneaded with fragrant roasted hazelnut paste. It is decorated with a line of bitter chocolate and crispy pearl chocolate from Valrhona, France. It seems that you can enjoy the rich taste created by the heavy chocolate Baumkuchen and chocolate.


A Nagoya limited version is also available, where you can enjoy the product with a chewy texture. It will be on sale from January 19th at JR Nagoya Takashimaya [Amour du Chocolat] venue.
