A collaboration between "Morinaga Amazake" and "Tofu Soup". Nissin Foods will release "Otofu no Amazake Soymilk Tailored Soup" on January 8th. The estimated price is 170 yen (excluding tax).

The "Yoshidashi Zen" series is a cup-filled soup that expresses "high-quality Japanese hospitality" with soup that is particular about the ingredients and soup stock and tofu with a "fluffy" texture. The soup made with sweet sake soy milk from Otofu is made by adding soy milk to the powder of Morinaga sweet sake containing sake lees and rice jiuqu, and is finished with three types of dashi (hotate, kelp, and katsuo).

Sake lees are used and contain less than 1% alcohol. The ingredients are tofu with a large and smooth texture and green onions.
