At each Lawson store (excluding some stores), a new ice cream product "Uchi Cafe Cassata" was released at the end of November. The price is 248 yen (tax included).
Cassata is a traditional Italian ice cake. It is made by mixing candied fruits and nuts with ice cream made from ricotta cheese.
Lawson's Cassata uses plenty of kiri brand cream cheese for ice cream. Finished with a mixture of raisins, cranberries, almonds and pistachios.
The attraction is the super-rich cheese feeling. The mouthfeel is also sticky and heavy, more like cream cheese than ice cream. As it melts, it spreads the rich flavor of cheese. Tailoring that is irresistible for kiri fans!
The ice cream itself is modest in sweetness. The sweet and sour taste that gradually spreads from the large fruits stands out. The crispy accent of nuts is also ◎.
A highly satisfying dish with a glittering and rich taste. It is recommended to thoroughly taste and eat during your relaxing time!
