At FamilyMart, Circle K, and Sunkus stores, "Yuba-wrapped Dongpo pork manga" is on sale from November 21st for a limited number of 2 million meals. The price is 198 yen (tax included).

"Yuba" is combined with Dongpo pork, which was sold last year (2016) and was well received. By wrapping the contents of Dongpo pork in yuba, you can enjoy the soft pork ribs that loosen and the texture of yuba that is pleasant to the mouth at the same time.

Dongpo pork is made by slowly simmering pork ribs in a sauce and letting it sit for 10 hours or more so that the taste is thoroughly absorbed. The spice "star anise", which is indispensable for Chinese food, is used to create a sweet and spicy taste.
