New products from FamilyMart's Chinese steamed bun series "Fami Yokohama Chinatown" have been released for three consecutive weeks. It will be released sequentially from November 13th.

"Yaki Pao's Hashed Beef" released on November 13th is the second in the "Yaki Pao's" series. Hashed beef is wrapped in a two-stage aged fermented dough with a grilled texture that is finished by adding a "baking" process to the "steaming" process in a dedicated oven in the factory.

Beef shoulder loin is soaked in red wine for a soft texture. The sauce uses tomato paste and flavored vegetable paste, and it seems to be finished in a well-balanced manner. The price is 150 yen (tax included, same below).

"Yuba-wrapped Dongpo pork" released on November 20 is a Chinese steamed bun that is made by slowly simmering Spanish pork ribs in a sauce and wrapping it in yuba. By extending the boiling time of the meat, it has a softer texture than last year (2017). Also, in addition to the spice star anise, you can enjoy the scent of sauce by increasing the amount of Shaoxing wine and oyster sauce. The price is 198 yen.

"Famima Premium Cheese Nikuman" released on November 27 is a two-stage aging of ingredients using four types of cheese, cheddar, Gouda, and Parmigiano Reggiano, centered on domestic Sangen pork chilled meat, domestic onions, and mozzarella. "Premium Chinese steamed bun" wrapped in fermented dough. You can enjoy fragrant dough, juicy meat, and thick cheese that grows. The price is 220 yen.
