A Chinese steamed bun that is made by mixing fragrant Hakata spicy cod roe and fluffy Hokkaido potatoes with mayonnaise and wrapping it in a chewy dough. It seems that the spicy spiciness of spicy cod roe and the mellow taste of mayonnaise are a perfect match.
