"Single origin chocolate" made from cacao from a single production area is now available in KALDI Original. Three types of "Tanzania 75%", "Ecuador 76%" and "Peru 80%" have been on sale since late October. The price is 430 yen each (tax included).

Chocolate bar that you can enjoy the taste of cacao from different production areas. Both are high cacao types with a cacao content of 75% to 80%, and the packaging is designed with an ethnic pattern.

Tanzania 75%

Chocolate with a cacao content of 75%, mainly using the cacao of the Ariva Nacional variety from Tanzania, Africa. A refreshing acidity and a fruity scent can be felt in the bitterness. The gorgeous and vivid taste will heal you when you get tired.

Ecuador 76%

Chocolate with a cacao content of 76% that mainly uses the cacao of Ariva Nacional from South America and Ecuador. A mellow, woody scent and an elegant bitterness can be felt. When you want to calm down the smoky flavor.

Peru 80%

Chocolate with 80% cacao content, mainly using Criollo cacao from South America and Peru. You can feel the strong bitterness of cacao and the sweet flavor reminiscent of honey. It has a slightly higher cacao content than the others and has a richer taste. I want to taste and eat at the end of the day.
