PABLO, a store specializing in freshly baked cheese tart, will be released on November 1st at the Kanazawa Morinosato store, where the local PABLO mini "PABLO mini-Gorojima Kintoki" is only available in Kanazawa. The price is 300 yen (tax included).

This is a local-only tart made from sweet potato "Gorojima Kintoki," which is one of the traditional vegetables in Kaga, Ishikawa Prefecture. On the cheese tart dough, I squeezed a lot of potato paste using Gorojima Kintoki and topped it with black sesame seeds. It seems that you can fully enjoy the elegant sweetness and aroma of Gorojima Kintoki and the chewy texture. The size is about 6.5 cm in diameter.
