Maron x Maron is a mini tart made by adding astringent chestnut cream to cheese tart dough and cutting it in half as a topping. Sprinkling sweet and sour blueberry sauce with a flesh-like texture adds depth to the deliciousness by combining it with the flavor of astringent chestnuts.

Comes with marron ice cream with sweetened chestnuts. The rich taste of marron and the balance of the moderate acidity and sweet scent of blueberries are said to be an exquisite dish.
