HIROSAKI UNIVERSITY and TAKEO collaborated on "Tonosama Grasshopper Rice Crackers," natural rice crackers made from Kanagawa-grown Tonosama grasshoppers.
A limited quantity of "Tonosama Grasshopper Crackers" will be test marketed by TAKEO. These so-called "Nanbu Senbei" crackers are made from Tonosama Grasshopper powder.
