A souffle-shaped pancake that is made by whipping meringue after the order is placed and carefully baking it one by one. Served hot with plenty of fresh cream, maple syrup and bananas. The sweetness is modest, so even if three layers are stacked, it is lightly finished so that it can be eaten in a blink of an eye.

The price is 1,500 yen and 1,600 yen with banana, both including tax.
