Cloche is a new dessert made by combining juicy fruits, rich flavor cream, and jelly with a choux pastry with a crunchy texture. The surface is sprinkled with almonds and croquembouche dough. Also, the dough is mixed with cheese and black pepper.
"Berry crochet" (950 yen / tax not included, same below) that combines 3 kinds of berries and hazelnut cream, "Fig & caramel apple croche" that combines fresh figs and caramelized apples with salted caramel sauce (1,000 yen) There are two types of regular menu. In addition to this, three items will be developed, including a seasonal menu using "seasonal ingredients".
The limited menu for the summer of 2015 is "Tropical Fruit Croshoe" (1,100 yen), which is a combination of three kinds of fruits, mango, kiwi, and pineapple, and coconut cream, and a sweet and sour passion fruit sauce. It is on sale for a limited time until August 31st.
