The event "Japan-Taiwan Food Culture Exchange 2015" on the theme of Taiwanese food culture will be held on June 20th and 21st at the Fountain Square (Taito-ku, Tokyo) in Ueno Onshi Park.


The main event is the Taiwan Lychee Seed Flying Tournament. If you win, you will receive "Kuroha Lychee" and a round-trip air ticket to Taiwan. The record at last year's tournament was 13m75cm. The number of participants is the first 500 people per day. The participation fee is 500 yen. The reception time for the seed skipping tournament is from 9:00 to 15:00. Admission is free.

In addition, there are plans for a limited number of "raw lychee" spot sale events, sales of various Taiwanese dishes, a market for selling miscellaneous goods and crafts, and musical instrument performances.
