Mokotanmen Nakamoto is a ramen shop with 13 stores in Tokyo and 1 store in Saitama prefecture. A variety of "spicy horse" menus with different spiciness levels are gaining popularity, including the signature menu "Mokotanmen", which is a soup made from "secret miso" and chili peppers topped with mapo tofu.

The Mokotanmen burger (with special soup) released by Lotteria this time is made by sprinkling spicy special mapo tofu on noodles that look like patties and sandwiching them in buns. A "special soup" that reproduces the secret miso sauce and is characterized by its richness and umami is also included. The single item price is 650 yen.

On the other hand, the Mokotanmen burger is a burger inspired by Nakamoto's "Mokotanmen". Rice is likened to a patty, and chewy lettuce, special mapo tofu, and mayonnaise are combined and sandwiched in buns. It's a dish that you can enjoy a mild taste even in spicy food. The single item price is 340 yen.

* Editor's postscript (May 15): When I confirmed with Lotteria, it was not "lettuce" but "cabbage" that was sandwiched between Mokotanmen Nakamura and Mokotanmen burger.
