Here, every day, "unique" bread with the theme of space and stars, such as "Earth", "Sun", "Jupiter", and "Galaxy", is born, and then travels to the stomach of the customer. I'm going.


Bread and the universe. How are the two seemingly separated from each other? I was curious, so I also tried to reach Isogo a little.

7-8 minutes walk from JR Negishi station. Hoshi Panya was in a quiet residential area up a narrow slope.



A signboard with a "cinnamon roll" motif in the center, stained glass on the door, and a terrace seat. All of them are so cute that they appear in fairy tale picture books, and they look like they've come to another world!


Actually, Hoshi Panya is a bakery born from the picture book "Hoshi Panya no Shoujo" originally made by the store manager "Zunko". Indeed, the stained glass on the door is also designed with a "bread-baking girl"!


When you pass through the door, you will be fascinated by the scent of freshly baked bread, which is one of the "three great scents in the world" (I have certified). Looking around the spacious store, the scent owner (Nushi) was in the showcase in the back.


Beyond the counter is a bread studio, where the other star breads baked here are lined up one after another in the case.


You can To go the star bread you bought, or you can just sit at the table in the store and eat it. I couldn't wait, so I decided to have it here.


From the abundant lineup, this time I bought "Super Nova", "Jupiter", "Sesame Dark Matter", "Mars Sausage" and "Earth Bread". ... I can't imagine what kind of bread each one is just by looking at the name! What does it taste like? I'll eat it right away!

● Super Nova (180 yen)

A supernova (= supernova) is a large explosion that occurs when a star ends its life. Hoshi Panya's "Super Nova" is a melon bread in which swirl cookies and sardines "explode" on the star bread.


The contrast between the "crispy" feeling of the outer cookie and the "jaky" feeling of the rough texture and the soft and soft texture of the dough is irresistible! The gentle buttery scent and the slightly bitter cocoa flavor (cookies) are mixed, and the deliciousness explodes in your mouth!


● Jupiter (180 yen)

Jupiter is a bread made by mixing whole grain dough with plenty of cocoa cookies and white chocolate. When you break it, the marble pattern inside is exactly "Jupiter" itself!


The outside of Jupiter is crisp and fragrant, and the inside is moist and chewy. The sweetness and bitterness that shines in a simple and tasty whole grain bread spreads throughout your mouth with each bite.


● Sesame dark matter

It is said that most of the mass of the wide and wide universe is occupied by "something unknown" called "dark matter". This is the image of such dark matter! Sesame dark matter, a bread made from healthy thick white sesame oil and kneaded with plenty of black sesame.


This time, I put grained bean paste on sesame dark matter that was cut and toasted, and tried "Zodiac An Toast" (cafe menu only, 450 yen per item) with a constellation designed with kinako.


The sesame flavor that spreads softly the moment you bite the dough. The moist grained bean paste is the best match for the crunchy and comfortable texture of bread! The sweetness of red bean paste spreads in your mouth like a universe. Dark matter, what a gentle taste, contrary to the name ...!


● Mars sausage (290 yen)

Some people may be faintly aware of it. Yes, this is a wiener bread with an imaginary "Martian" motif. The legs of "Martian", not "Octopus", that popped out from one side of the bread are so cute.


Plenty of meat and hot gravy that overflows, trapped in a crisp skin. And the fluffy and chewy bread that catches this. This deliciousness is unmatched by freshly baked bread! It even makes me think.


In addition, grain mustard and black pepper toppings tighten the taste spicy and spicy. I see, star bread isn't just sweet!


● Earth bread (180 yen)

Even though I've been eating bread for a long time, the appearance, taste, and texture are completely different, so I never get tired of it. In a blink of an eye, all the star breads left for my cosmo (stomach).

Hoshi Panya is a star bakery that makes you think about the universe while eating delicious bread. This was the most romantic and fantasy bakery I've ever had. If the store was near the office, I would go there every day!

Actually, it seems that Hoshi Panya, April Fool 's Day, declared "We will open the second store on Mars! (Lie)" and made customers rush, but by all means open a sister store in Tokyo rather than Mars. I personally long for it ...
