At the second cherry blossom viewing cafe this year, 6 tables and 24 seats will be set up in the plaza, special sandwiches (starting from 500 yen) using "rare" local ingredients such as Japanese black beef from Osaka, and 30 cm in length. "Extra large" long eclairs (500 yen) with a diameter of 3 cm are offered. In addition, various drinks will be prepared (starting from 500 yen).

The special sandwich is "The Osaka Sandwich," which is a juicy roasted Osaka Japanese black beef "Naniwa Kuroshi" sandwiched between homemade bread blended with rice flour. Osaka vegetables such as Senshu onion and Matsunami cabbage are combined. In order to bring out the taste of the meat and vegetables themselves, it is simply seasoned with homemade onion dressing and mustard.

Long eclairs are made by coating the surface of the choux pastry with pink chocolate and adding plenty of custard cream with cherry leaves inside. In addition to its gorgeous appearance, you can enjoy the faint scent and taste of cherry blossoms.
