Strawberry shortcake-style "Strawberry Shortcake Sandwich" will be on sale on December 24th at each "Le BRESSO" store that specializes in bread and coffee stands. Scheduled to be sold by the end of February 2021. The price is 880 yen (tax included).

As the name suggests, "Strawberry Shortcake Sandwich" is a simple and luxurious fruit sandwich with the image of "Strawberry Shortcake". Based on Le Bresso's most popular bread "Rebresso Bread", Amaou strawberry jam, caramel crunch, homemade whipped cream with mascarpone, and plenty of fresh strawberries with beautiful grain are used.

The combination of whipped cream and jam, which is rich but modest in sweetness, enhances the deliciousness of juicy strawberries. The crispy crunch gives a pleasant texture accent.

What is Rebresso?

A bread specialty store with a coffee stand from Osaka. We sell special bread that is baked in the store every day, additive-free milk jam, and coffee that is brewed with a barista. Currently, it has 8 stores nationwide, including Osaka, Tokyo, Kanagawa, and Fukuoka.
