At each Lotteria store, two types of burgers, "Shio-Jiuqu Roast Burger" and "Slightly Luxury Shio-Jiuqu Roast Burger," will be released on December 4th. Limited time until early January 2015.


"Shio-Jiuqu Loin Cutlet Burger" is a menu that uses roast meat that has been soaked in salt-jiuqu to increase its softness and umami, and juicy and battered crispy fried loin cutlet. Miso-based mayonnaise sauce, ginger, garlic, salted koji, and salted koji mayonnaise sauce with secret soy sauce are combined and sandwiched with cabbage in buns. The single item price is 380 yen.

On the other hand, "Slightly luxurious salted koji loin cutlet burger" is a "slightly luxurious" burger made by combining salted koji loin cutlet with salted koji mayonnaise sauce and sandwiching it with cream cheese, lettuce and rice flour buns. The single item price is 500 yen.
