The Cave de Oyster is a new format of Human Web that operates 25 oyster bars such as "Gumbo & Oyster" nationwide. It seems that it incorporates "Japanese food culture" into its menus and vessels, and arranges Western oyster bars with a Japanese taste.
In the center of the store, there is a wine serving system where you can enjoy about 50 kinds of wine.
