A special chocolate that is only once a year
A special chocolate that is only once a year

"Wine truffle chocolate", which will be released for the third time this year, is a mixture of ganache and wine. There are two flavors, sweet chocolate and white chocolate (two each).

The one used this time is Beaujolais Nouveau of Albert Bischau, which won the grand prize at "Trophy Lyon Beaujolais Nouveau 2010". The gorgeous and mellow fruit aromas such as raspberries and strawberries are accompanied by the nuances of black cherries and bananas. You can enjoy the gentle taste and refreshing acidity.

Production will begin at the Omori Plant in Tokyo from midnight on November 20, when the Beaujolais Nouveau ban will be lifted. Truffle chocolate finished by craftsmen in the middle of the night will be delivered to stores in various places by bullet train or airplane in the early morning of the day.
