"-I love rice (ice) -Mijure" is "rice ice cream" made using such Mijure. Normally, ice cream is smoothed by using milk fat such as fresh cream, but this product uses mijure instead of milk fat. By doing so, it is possible to reduce calories and make the ice cream healthy without spoiling the "relaxing and mellow texture" of the ice cream. Currently, there are three flavors, "plain", "roasted sweet potato", and "matcha". This time I actually tried "plain" and "roasted sweet potato".

■ Plain

"Plain" is a slightly sweet milk ice cream. The raw materials are milk, sugar, rice and skim milk powder. "Baked sweet potato" is an ice cream that you can feel the sweetness of the strong sweet potato. In addition to powdered baked sweet potato powder, milk, sugar, rice, and skim milk powder are used. This is also a smooth mouthfeel, with a stronger sweetness than plain and a satisfying taste, and the finish is such that a feeling of satisfaction and fullness remains after eating.
