This is a "dessert-like popsicle-like ice bar where various tastes and textures rush in like waves," which is a mixture of ingredients and sauce in a marble shape. Until now, it was sold only in some areas, but since it was well received, it will be rolled out nationwide.

"Joel Robuchon Chocolat-Orange and Condensed Milk Sauce-" is a dish where you can enjoy the mariage of chocolate and orange (orange candied peel and sauce). Condensed milk sauce is added as a secret ingredient to the "double sauce" of orange and condensed milk. The texture is accented by the kaonib studded with chocolate coating.


On the other hand, "Joel Robuchon Strawberry-Tahitian Vanilla and White Chocolate-" is an ice cream that you can enjoy the taste and texture like dessert, and the "triple strawberry" of pulp, sauce, and freeze-dried. Emulsifiers and stabilizers are suppressed as much as possible, and egg yolk is used to achieve a smooth texture. The white chocolate coating is studded with freeze-dried strawberries.
