4 sweet breads with the motif of Pasco's world-famous sweets

"Melting custard tropezenne" is a confectionery bread inspired by the fermented confectionery "Tropezenne" born in "Saint-Tropez" in southern France. The soft and crispy dough is baked with cake dough and crushed almonds. In addition, custard cream with raw milk and whipped cream are sandwiched and powdered sugar is sprinkled on it to finish it.

"New York Cheesecake Danish" is a Danish pastry inspired by the popular "New York Cheesecake" in the United States. Cheese cream with cream cheese is squeezed and baked. Also sold in Tohoku.

"Crème Brulee Cake" is a steamed cake inspired by the French-born "Crème Brulee". Two layers of dough with custard cream with different textures are layered and glaze is applied. Also sold in Tohoku.
