Following last year (2016), "Peach Melba" will be on sale from April 6th at each Cold Stone Creamery store. Limited time until July 5th. The price is 680 yen (one size, with waffle ball or cone, tax included).

"Peach Melba" is a peach dessert with vanilla ice cream topped with peach compote and raspberry sauce. In the 19th century, the chef of a prestigious hotel devised it for the popular opera singer "Nellie Melba", and it is said to be "sweets dedicated to the diva of dreams".

Cold Stone Peach Melba is a combination of sweet cream ice cream and pink peach ice cream with sponge cake, raspberries and peach jelly, topped with peach compote, yogurt fromage (yogurt flavored cream) and mint leaf. Last year it was Rose Jelly, but this year it has been changed to Peach Jelly.

Also, from the same day, the peach-based parfait "Pinky Peach Cruise Parfait" (780 yen including tax) and the mint-based parfait "Funky Funny Mintha Parfait" (680 yen including tax) will be on sale.
