"Toast Sandwich Bamboo", a toast sandwich specialty store that mainly takes out, will open in Omotesando, Tokyo on April 20th.

The Italian restaurant "Omotesando Bamboo", which will celebrate its 40th anniversary this year, will be developed. It seems that this new store has been opened in order to provide "further evolved" sandwiches while inheriting the history of sandwiches that have been loved for many years since it opened as a sandwich house.


The sandwiches at the store are made by baking toast on an iron plate. The lineup includes the "reprint menu" that was popular in Omotesando Bamboo 40 years ago, and a dynamic sandwich that uses a whole soft-shell crab fly.
