This is a bite-sized fruit chip made by layering a cream containing pulp powder on a baked confectionery that is kneaded with plenty of pulp powder. Sicilian lemon is used, and the sweet and sour taste of lemon spreads in your mouth every time you chew it crisply. It's perfect for a break from housework or a relaxing time after a meal.
