"Natural! Oma's Book Tuna" offered only on Coming-of-Age Day
At each Kappa Sushi store, "Natural! Oma no Honmaguro" will be offered only on January 9th, "Coming-of-Age Day" (except for Kappa Sushi and Sushi Noba). The price is 280 yen per piece (excluding tax).
"Oma Honmaguro" is known as a domestic "luxury brand fish" and is characterized by its bright red body and the umami that oozes out the more you chew. At Kappa Sushi this time, 3 tons of Oma tuna will be procured, and about 50 fish will be served.
At the tasting party held on December 22, 2016, people who tasted Oma's tuna in advance said that it had a strong taste and was delicious and that it was fresh and melted.
