The pancake specialty store "Happy Pancake" opens for the first time in Hyogo Prefecture. The 9th store in Japan, "A Happy Pancake Kobe Store," opened on December 22nd.

The signature menu "Happy Pancakes" is made with additive-free ingredients, and it takes more than 20 minutes to bake with a fluffy texture. Homemade Manuka honey whipped butter is on top of the pancakes. The price is 1,100 yen (tax included, same below).

In addition, "Tea Milk Pancake Homemade Granola Gake" (1,350 yen) with cream sauce like fresh tea-flavored caramel, and "Thick Cheese Mousse Pancake Berry Sauce Gake" with cheese mousse that combines cream cheese and mascarpone. "(1,280 yen) and so on are offered.
