This is the first attempt at Kappa Sushi, a "complete reservation system, limited quantity" take-out menu. The salmon roe, which is soft and has a strong egg richness, is served in a vat with 50 pieces of fresh salmon and 25 pieces of fatty tuna. The accent is topped with gold powder, giving it a luxurious appearance.
