"Super Strawberry Fair 2017-Feel like a Princess-" will be held from January 27th to April 30th at Kyoto Century Hotel. You can enjoy gorgeous sweets with plenty of seasonal strawberry "Amaou" in a buffet style.

In addition to strawberry sweets with the theme of "princess", a total of about 100 types such as hors d'oeuvres, fruits, and ice cream are available. "Tart phrase", "bonbon chocolate phrase" and "white strawberry short" with plenty of strawberry on almond cream and custard tart are prepared.


A plate of hospitality from a pastry chef, "Princess Phrase," is a strawberry balsamic marinade, yogurt espuma, and ice cream wrapped in a pale pink chocolate sphere. It's a pastry chef's whole dish that you can enjoy with a warm special sauce of condensed milk.


The buffet line is a collaboration with the lifestyle shop "INOBUN" that originated in Kyoto. With colorful roses and bird cages as the main motifs, it is a lovely space that tickles the maiden's heart, as if you were lost in a fairyland.
