This is a "petit-sized" chocolate pie with a rich chocolate cream sandwiched between a soft textured dough. The dough is coated with chocolate.


When you bite into a moderately thick chocolate coating, the dough inside is moist, the chocolate cream melts softly, and the three layers of chocolate spread the bittersweet sweet cacao flavor. The delicate melting of the mouth like snow is perfect for winter. It seems to go well with coffee, tea and wine.
