The cream puff shop "Beard Papa Grande", which is a collaboration between Hankyu Department Store and Beard Papa, will open on November 16th in the Western confectionery section on the first basement floor of Hankyu Umeda Main Store. "Special cream puffs" that can only be bought at the store are on sale.

The choux pastry newly developed by Beard Papa is wrapped in "ultra-thin" croissant dough that is layered on top of each other. When baked, you can enjoy the delicate texture that is fragrant and crispy, and the chewy texture of the shoe.

In addition, the custard cream that is fully packed inside is finished by blending vanilla beans from Madagascar, milk from Kumamoto and Aso, and fresh cream from Hokkaido.

In addition to the signature product "Crispy Shoe Custard", "Crispy Shoe Almond Chocolat" will also be on sale from November to March. Choux pastry topped with almonds and cream with plenty of Belgian couverture and almond pralines. It is said that you can enjoy the rich and fragrant taste.
