At each Ministop store, "Gokujou Chicken (with bones)" will be released sequentially from November 25th. All stores will be released on December 2nd. The price is 190 yen (tax included).
This is a juicy fried chicken with 13 kinds of herbs and spices. The bone-in meat is soaked with salt, sugar and soy sauce, and rosemary and black pepper are mixed in two stages. By cutting the chicken shallowly, the taste is trapped inside and the texture is moist and soft.
