Ito-Yokado "Croissant with a rich scent of fermented butter"
The deliciousness of a full-fledged bakery

"Croissants with a rich fragrance of fermented butter" jointly developed by Ito-Yokado and Kobeya are on sale from October 8th in Ito-Yokado in the Tokyo metropolitan area, Shinetsu, and the northern Kanto region. The price is 194 yen (tax included).

This is a croissant developed so that you can easily enjoy the taste of "authentic bakery" at home. By using French wheat and Belgian fermented butter as raw materials, it has a crispy texture and a rich butter flavor.

Crispy and chewy texture

The dough made from Kobeya's original fermented seeds is hand-molded one by one and carefully baked to create a chewy and smooth finish. If you warm it with a toaster, the flavor of butter will increase further.

Also, by using the original packaging material with small holes, the moisture in the packaging is evaporated appropriately and the texture is maintained crispy.
