"Kurobuta Menchi-Katsu Sandwich" and "Tamagotoji-style Kurobuta Menchi-Katsu Sandwich" will be on sale from September 15th at each First Kitchen store. Both are new menus where you can enjoy "Menchi-katsu" using black pork from Kagoshima and onions from Awaji Island.
Kurobuta Menchi Katsu Sandwich is a juicy minced meat cutlet mixed with cabbage and sauce and sandwiched in buns. Menchi-katsu is a well-balanced combination of delicious Kagoshima black pork and high sugar content Awajishima onions cut to a size that you can enjoy the texture. The price is 340 yen (tax included, same below).
On the other hand, the Tamagoji-style black pork menchi-katsu sandwich is made by placing a soft-boiled egg with Japanese-style soup stock on a minced meat cutlet and sandwiching it with cabbage in a bun. Eggs are seasoned with soy sauce, bonito dashi, and kelp dashi. Eggs with a thick texture are entwined with the minced meat cutlet, and you can enjoy the taste like "tamagotoji". The price is 380 yen.
