The beer "SORRY UMAMI IPA" made by Yach Brewing of "Yona Yona Ale" exclusively for export to the United States will be sold in limited quantities in Japan this fall.

This beer is said to be particular about "Japaneseness". By adding "Katsuobushi", the umami component activates the action of yeast and brings out the original fruity aroma of yeast.

The scent of American hops overlaps with this, creating a complex and unique scent reminiscent of peaches and white flowers. Alcohol content is 7%
