Last year's popular flavor "Salt Vanilla Shoe" reappears at each of the cream puff specialty stores "Beard Papa". It will be on sale from August 1st to August 31st. The price is 230 yen (tax included).
This is a seasonal cream puff that combines choux pastry baked twice with rock salt from Alpensalz and vanilla cream with a rich milky feel. It seems that you can enjoy a soft serve ice cream-like taste that is perfect for hot summers.
