This is a milk gelato made with plenty of milk from a contract ranch on the Yatsugatake plateau. Fresh raw milk squeezed in the morning is processed into ice cream on the same day, and will be on sale in stores 4 days later (5 days later in Hokkaido and Kyushu). It is made by an additive-free manufacturing method so that you can enjoy the original taste of the ingredients. Ice cream generally has no expiration date, but a 12-day expiration date is set so that people can eat fresh and safe products.
