At each Kappa Sushi restaurant, when you come to Toro Day (16th) in June, you will receive one "Okiri! Bincho Daitoro" as a gift. Applicable to all customers who order 400 yen (tax included) or more.
This time, "Okiri! Bincho Daitoro" uses the one from the cold sea area called "mantle" among the albacore tuna. Albacore tuna grown in cold waters seems to have better oiliness than what is usually offered. Furthermore, this time, it seems that only the "Toro" part, which can only take about 30% of the total, is used specially.
