Products supervised by the popular ramen shop "Japanese Soba Noodles Tsuta" in Sugamo, Tokyo, are now available at Circle K and Sunkus stores. "Cold soy sauce ramen" will be on sale for 4 weeks from May 24th to June 20th (excluding the Kyushu area).

Tsuta is the world's first ramen shop to receive a one-star rating at the Michelin Guide Tokyo 2016. We tried various combinations from more than 30 kinds of soy sauce and developed a special soy sauce soup. We offer "Soy Sauce Soba", a "unique" ramen that combines this with truffle oil.

The cold soy sauce ramen to be released this time is a cold ramen made by adding whole chicken bouillon and seafood extract to this brewed soy sauce, referring to the soy sauce Soba of Tsuta. It seems that the "truffle scent", which is synonymous with ivy, has also been reproduced. The thin noodles, which are a mixture of whole grains that are often entwined with the soup, are combined to create a product that gives you a sense of flavor and richness with each bite. Limited to 500,000 meals, the price is 498 yen (tax included, same below).

Also, during the same period, "Mamanai Meat Rice" will be sold only in the Kanto area. A "mini bowl" made by serving rice cooked in soy sauce with white truffle extract and plenty of shoulder loin char siu. You can also enjoy it as a side menu of cold soy sauce ramen. The price is 360 yen.
