At each izakaya chain "Doma Doma", a mini-sized "gourmet burger" set "Barburger" (690 yen plus tax) that can be enjoyed with sake is born. It will be available for a limited time from April 8th to June 30th. Limited to 10 meals a day at each store.


This is a new menu with 3 bite-sized burgers on a plate. Doma Doma has sold sandwiches (a long time ago), but this is the first time they have offered a hamburger. The menu is perfect for group drinking parties and for a little drink alone.


The hamburger is made by layering cheddar cheese, tomatoes and lettuce on a 100% beef pate and sandwiching it with buns. Seasoned with onion pepper sauce.


The crisp, peppery and spicy sauce goes great with juicy beef putty! Cheese mellowly summarizes this. The buns are chewy and chewy bread. It's small, but it's delicious.


Lobster rolls are mini sandwiches that use a whole lobster claw meat. Seasoned with Omar sauce.


When you bite into a slightly hard bread, the rich Omar sauce is soft inside. Lobster meat is thick and plump. You can enjoy the rich flavor of lobster until the last bite.


Roast pork focaccia burger is sliced focaccia bread sandwiched with plenty of roast pork, lettuce and onion slices. Seasoned with honey mustard sauce, onion sauce and pepper.


Roast pork that gradually overflows with umami as you chew. Sweet and spicy mustard and sour onion sauce enhance the deliciousness of the meat. The texture of crispy vegetables is also refreshing. Focaccia with a chewy and simple taste and ingredients seasoned with dark eyes are a good balance.


All of them are like "Izakaya hamburgers" and have a strong seasoning that goes well with sake. Beer and wine are likely to go on.
