A small robot developed to sandwich cream on Oreo cookies made its impressive debut at the SXSW event in Texas, according to the company. U.S. media outlet Eater.com reports.

The "Oreo Robot" was developed by technology company Maya Design using a combination of 3D printing technology and robotics. In the video released by the company, a robot with an Oreo head is shown making an Oreo sandwich with a cookie in its right hand and an injector filled with a mysterious blue cream in its left.

According to the media outlet, the robot is a miniature version of the company's "Trending Vending machine," a machine that allows customers to choose their favorite cookie and the cream to put inside and it will make it accordingly. In other words, you can customize your own "Oreo" by using this machine.

Incidentally, the second half of the video introducing the Oreo Robot ends with a surreal image of the robot somehow using its entire body to strike an "O-R-E-O" pose.

I don't want this robot, but I don't want it at all, but am I the only one who feels a little love for it?
