The bread "Suica's Penguin Brioche" designed with the character "Suica's Penguin" of the transportation IC card "Suica" issued by JR East is now available at Hotel Metropolitan (Ikebukuro, Tokyo). It will be on sale from March 20th to April 20th.


This product commemorates the 10th anniversary of Suica e-money in March 2014.

Using brioche dough with plenty of butter, Suica's penguin-inspired "black" is expressed in cocoa dough, and Suica's image color "green" is expressed in pistachio paste. In addition, Franboise is included as a taste accent, and it seems that you can enjoy the rich taste unique to the hotel.

You can buy it at the pastry & bakery boutique on the 1st floor of the hotel. The price is 250 yen (tax included) per piece.
