This event is held with the aim of communicating the deliciousness of rice flour-based dishes, promoting rice flour and improving the domestic food self-sufficiency rate. The menu is under development in partnership with universities and vocational schools, and it is planned to finish it as a "rice flour-based dish" that can be enjoyed not only for beer but also for lunch.
