This time, we collaborated with Hachiban to develop a collaborative product with "8-ban gyoza," the well-known soul food of Hokuriku "8-ban ramen," and have completed a "beer that goes well with 8-ban gyoza.

The dough used to wrap the 8-ban gyoza filling is made of Hokkaido flour, and the dough is carefully selected for its thickness to ensure a crispy texture after baking. During the development process, many prototypes were repeated to ensure that the taste of beer enhances the taste of No. 8 gyoza and that the balance between the taste and texture of the gyoza and beer is optimized.

And we succeeded in finding the ideal balance. The result is a beer with "a refreshing taste of rice and the richness of malt that goes well with No. 8 gyoza, a dumpling that is packed with the flavor of vegetables.

The beer, which goes well with No. 8 gyoza, is priced at 398 yen (tax included) for a 350 ml bottle. Sales quantity is 9,600 bottles, and will end as soon as the bottles are gone. Alcohol content is 350 ml.

"[Frozen] Boxed No. 8 Gyoza" contains 30 pieces and is priced at 1,188 yen. Sales quantity is 600 boxes and will end as soon as they are gone.
