The "edible scorpion" used in this menu is non-toxic. Edible scorpions are said to be able to be eaten whole by treating the intestines, frying them at low temperature for 30 minutes, letting them rest for a day, and then frying them at high temperature to finish. In addition, the scorpion sauce used for seasoning is a tomato sauce with scorpion extract.
