Lotte will release snacks "Okoge Kitchen [Cheese Doria]" and "Okoge Kitchen [Seafood Paella]" that reproduce the taste of okoge on June 25th. Limited to eastern Japan (including Shizuoka prefecture), the estimated price is around 158 yen.


This product is a non-fried snack that reproduces the "okoge" that remains in the savory stir-fried rice. The taste is kneaded into rice pellets made from 100% domestically produced glutinous rice, and scissors are grilled on a high-temperature iron plate at once to create a crispy texture.

"Cheese Doria" is a reproduction of Doria's savory taste, which allows you to enjoy the rich flavor of cheese. On the other hand, "Seafood Paella" is a product that reproduces the paella's sardines using tomatoes, clams, onions, shrimp, and squid.
