Nico Nico Douga will hold a special spring project "Nico Nico Spring Rice Festival -2013-" from March 13th to March 31st. "Rice" will be presented to 100 people by lottery.

In this project, "Chef Kawagoe" will be appointed as the campaign character. In conjunction with programs such as "Movie Dragon Ball" and "Denou Sen" that will be broadcast live on NicoNico in March, a lottery will be held for users who watch special programs (enter keywords during the program) and post comments and tweets. 100 people will be presented with a Nico Nico original package "rice (1 bag / 150g (5.29oz))".
"Keyword application" in the special program is once for each keyword. Since keywords are set for each program, it seems that the winning probability will increase by applying from multiple programs.
